　　韦志鹏，男，壮族，1965年12月出生，广西宾阳人，1991年10月加入中国共产党，1987年12月参加工作，在职研究生学历。1997年10月至2004年7月，历任凭祥市副市长，隆安县委常委、副县长，南宁华侨投资区党委副书记、管委会副主任；2004年7月至2013年8月，历任南宁华侨投资区管委会主任、党工委书记，南宁市林业局局长、党组书记，南宁经济技术开发区管理委员会主任、党工委书记；2013年8月至今任上林县委书记，上林县象山工业园区党工委书记（兼）。
