　　孩子接种了无效疫苗是否需要补种？兰斯医生表示，一般情况下接种过期或者不当的疫苗之后，人体对疫苗针对的疾病可能不产生免疫能力，因此应该是要重新接种疫苗的。重新接种疫苗是安全的，可以立即接种灭活疫苗，也可以在28天之后接种减毒活疫苗。另外对于不正当储存或者过期的疫苗不会引发毒性反应的说法，世卫组织今天也表示，这种无毒性反应，主要是指儿童接种过期或者储存不当的疫苗后，致病的可能性非常低。如果疫苗瓶或者是预充疫苗的注射器没有损坏，不当储存的疫苗是几乎不可能被污染的。但是如果疫苗由于过期或者不当处理失去了这个效力，儿童将缺乏疫苗针对疾病的预防能力，可能会在未来感染到疾病，对儿童造成了伤害，但这种情况跟未接种疫苗的后果比较类似。

　　另外，有媒体问到世卫组织对中国的疫苗是否有信心，兰斯医生再次表示，世卫组织对中国疫苗的生产和许可是有信心的。目前中国管理疫苗的国家监管部门已经在2010年和2014年通过世卫组织的评估，符合所有国际监管标准，包括能够确保使用现行的药品生产质量管理规范。一类疫苗和二类疫苗是在这种高质量的监管体系下生产的，这一疫苗事件和生产并没有关系，它主要是和疫苗的储存与分发有关。
