问：你能否介绍中国政府任命叙利亚问题特使是出于什么考虑？
答：当前，叙利亚问题解决进入关键节点。在国际社会共同努力下，停火协议总体得到落实，人道救援不断推进，叙政府和反对派重启了日内瓦和谈。
中方作为安理会常任理事国，一直为推动叙问题妥善解决发挥积极的建设性作用。中方主张政治解决是叙问题的唯一出路，联合国应为叙问题解决发挥主 导作用。中方支持联合国秘书长叙问题特使德米斯图拉的促和努力，提出中方有关解决叙问题的思路和举措，并积极向叙及其周边国家提供人道主义援助。
中方任命叙问题特使，目的就是要更好地发挥劝和促谈作用，更加积极地贡献中国智慧和方案，更加有效地加强同有关各方沟通协调，为推动叙问题最终妥善解决继续发挥建设性作用。

答：是的。这是中国政府首次任命叙利亚问题特使。
问：昨天塔斯社发表了对朝鲜外相李洙墉的采访。李洙墉表示，因为美国的行动导致朝鲜半岛面临大规模战争危险。中方对此有何评论？
答：半岛不能生战生乱，这是中方的明确立场。当前朝鲜半岛局势高度敏感复杂，我们希望各方保持冷静和克制，不要采取相互刺激的行动，也不要发表相互刺激的言辞，共同维护朝鲜半岛的和平稳定。
当前的紧张局势也表明，必须寻求解决朝鲜半岛核问题的根本办法，标本兼治，综合施策。我们呼吁有关各方积极考虑中方提出的实现半岛无核化与停和机制转换“双轨”并行推进的谈判思路，为实现东北亚长治久安共同作出努力。
问：日本今天起开始实施新安保法，正式解禁集体自卫权。中方对日政策将受到怎样的影响？
答：近日我们多次就相关问题表明了立场。由于历史原因，亚洲邻国和国际社会对日本在军事安全方面的动向保持高度关注。我们希望日方能够切实汲取历史教训，走和平发展道路，在军事安全政策上慎重行事，多做有利于地区和平稳定的事情。
