但在查处的过程中，执法人员发现部分无证无照餐饮经营户被清理取缔后，继续利用“饿了么”等网络送餐平台开展经营活动。对此，朝阳工商分局在日常监管工作中，加大了对“饿了么”平台的“关注”。首先是采取多种方式进行摸底排查，将查处到的无证经营台账信息列入“黑名单”，和“饿了么”网站的商铺信息进行比对筛查，并通过属地管理力量和社会力量，发现了部分隐藏在居民区、棚户区深处无实体店面的无证无照餐饮经营户。对这些通过“饿了么”平台开展无证无照餐饮的经营户，开具《责令停业通知书》，并积极配合属地街乡政府、食药监部门对其开展联合执法、综合整治。
截至目前，朝阳工商联合相关部门累计关停取缔利用“饿了么”网络送餐平台开展经营的无证无照店铺350余户。
