3月29日消息，上海市交通执法总队办公室副主任陈朝晖近日接受媒体采访时表示，近期将加大对网络约车平台的查处力度，同时依据《上海市出租汽车管理条例》、《上海市查处车辆非法客运办法》，目前滴滴正在被立案调查的过程中。
根据2014年7月29日颁布的《上海市查处车辆非法客运办法》第八条，对信息服务管理有明确规定：利用互联网网站、软件工具等提供召车信息的服务商，应当遵守客运出租汽车调度服务规范，并向市交通行政管理部门提供客运服务驾驶员和车辆的信息。经市交通行政管理部门认定客运服务驾驶员或者车辆不具备营运资格的，前款规定的服务商不得提供召车信息服务。
如果违反此规定，对信息服务商向不具有营运资质的车辆提供招车服务信息的，将处以3万元到10万元的行政罚款。
