银行高管薪酬


  新京报讯 (记者陈杨 苏曼丽 金彧)三大行年报出炉。中国银行、中国工商银行与中国建设银行日赚合计18.77亿元,但净利润陷入“龟速”增长。工行和建行的净利增速均跌破1%。在持续了多年两位数高速增长之后,三大行交上了近十年最差业绩。


  工行今年利润增长难定


  根据年报数据显示,2015年中行税后利润为1794.17亿元,同比增长1.25%,相当于日赚4.92亿元;工行实现净利润2777亿元,比上年增 长0.5%,相当于日赚7.6亿元,这也是中行净利润增速首次“破1”;而建行2015年度的归属股东净利润为2281.45亿元,较上年增长 0.14%,日赚6.25亿元,而其净利润增速也是昨天披露年报的三家大行中最低的。


  工行行长易会满在昨天的分析师会议上表 示,2016年利润增长是正是负还很难下结论,取决于内外部两方面因素。外部取决于宏观经济发展态势,以及国家有关政策的调整对银行的影响,如利率、营改 增、存准率都会影响利润,内部取决于转型创新、风险管控,完成全年利润计划需要“天帮忙、人努力”。

  中行需“每天赚够五亿”


  在香港业绩会上,中行行长陈四清表示,对于中国银行业来说,利润增速两位数的时代已经过去,目前仅有极少数小体量银行可以保证高增速,银行业现在需要适应增速个位数的“新常态”。


  陈四清表示,中行利润增速的下降,一方面是由于中国经济的下行压力,另一方面,银行也很难在支持实体经济的同时,又保持利润高速增长。


  对于未来的盈利增速预期,陈四清称:“我‘渴望’在2015年的利润水平上,做到收入更多,成本更少,希望利润在稳定基础上有更好的表现。”但他同时表示,如果要达到上述目标,2016年中行每天至少要达到“每天净利润5亿元”的盈利水平。


  三大行不良贷款率持续增加


  2015年国有银行的不良率与不良贷款余额备受关注。年报显示,工行2015年全年的不良贷款率为1.5%,比上年末上升0.37个百分点。不良贷款增加较多的地区分别是长江三角洲、西部地区和环渤海地区。


  工行董事长姜建清昨天表示,现在存在的不良贷款的问题完全有能力解决。据姜建清介绍,下一步工行将组成专门的团队清收不良,加大核销力度,尝试更多的不良处置通道,不良资产证券化在开展试点。


  中行方面不良贷款率达1.43%,较上年末上升0.25个百分点,不良贷款余额为1308.97亿元。这是中行不良率的第四年连续攀升。其中,产能严重过剩行业不良贷款率0.31%,地方政府融资平台领域不良贷款率0.04%,房地产行业不良贷款率0.80%。


  中行2015年度新发生不良贷款行业集中在制造业、商业及服务行业、房地产业,分布地区集中在山东、浙江和广东省。


  建行的不良贷款率为1.58%,较上年上升0.39个百分点;不良贷款余额为1659.80亿元,较上年增加 528.09亿元。

  国有银行高管百万年薪降约五成

  3月29日晚间发布年报的交行年报显示,该行董事长牛锡明、行长彭纯的年薪均为52.57万元,分别较2014年的105.85万元和100.76万元下降50%和48%。


  建行董事长王建章、行长王祖继的税前年薪分别为59.88万元和36.46万元,分别较2014年年薪115万元、113.2万元下降了48%和67.8%。


  分析认为,高管百万年薪已成为国有大行的历史。2014年8月央企高管薪酬改革新规出台,央企、国有金融企业主要负责人的薪酬将削减到现有薪酬的30%左右,削减后年薪不能超过60万元。并于2015年1月1日起执行。


  不过,相对国有行的高管年薪,股份制银行略显“土豪”。光大银行和中信银行虽然均未披露该行董事长、行长的年薪,但是,副行长级别的高管年薪已经披露, 均保持100万级别以上。光大银行五位副行长和副监事长的薪酬为税前129.6万元。中信银行常务副行长孙德顺税前年薪为197.80万元。


  此外,多家股份制银行今年略显谨慎,尚未披露高管年薪。去年靠835万年薪夺魁的平安银行行长邵平,尚未披露2015年年薪。招商银行在2015年年报中表示,公司高管税前薪酬总额仍在确认过程中,其余部分待确认发放之后再另行披露。

  13家券商董监高平均薪酬超200万


  截至2016年3月30日,共有13家券商发布年报。据新京报统计,13家券商的董事、监事和高级管理人员去年平均薪酬超过200万。


  虽然经历了股市大跌,去年仍是券商的“丰年”。


  中信证券的年报显示,报告期末全体董事、监事和高级管理人员实际获得的报酬合计7127.37万元,在已披露券商中是最多的。除去从公司关联方获取报酬的董监高,共有19名高管披露了去年的报酬情况,去年中信证券董监高平均薪酬为375万元。仅次于国金证券。


  国金证券董监高去年的平均薪酬为368万元,去年董监高平均年薪最低的为西南证券,人均86万元。在同一家券商,董监高的薪酬差别很大,差距甚至达到几百万元。


  新京报记者统计显示,2015年薪酬最高的券商高管为国金证券总经理金鹏,金鹏去年年薪为972.44万元,高于中信证券执行董事殷可。此前殷可已经连 续四年蝉联券商业“打工皇帝”,2014年,殷可的薪酬为1336.7万元人民币,位居券商高管榜首。不过,去年中信证券披露殷可的薪酬为933.1万港 元,合779.14万元人民币。目前殷可只能排在第四位。在他之前的均为国金证券高管。


  2015年国金证券的高管收入令很多券商高管难以望其项背。董事长冉云去年薪酬为879万元,副总裁纪路844万元,居于券商业高管收入前三名。


  国金证券在报告中称,公司的薪酬按照市场化原则设计,以证券行业市场薪酬水平及公司业绩为基础。根据员工能力及绩效水平进行薪酬差异化,拉开绩效差距。


  据多家券商年报披露,证券公司高管的绩效年薪40%以上采取延期支付的方式,且延期支付期限不少于3年;公司高级管理人员报告期内从公司领取的报酬总额包括2015年度实发的工资、福利及奖金等。

  一线员工:压力大工资低 全靠责任感撑着


  “自从工资全线下调以后,我们基层员工其实生活质量受到很严重的影响,感觉现在工作全靠责任感撑着了,每天无偿加班也不少。”


  随着银行业寒冬期的到来,各大银行的净利润下滑趋势不减,而从行长到基层银行员工的收入也受到严寒的侵袭。


  在东北地区某大行支行担任柜员的吴小姐对记者表示,自从去年开始降薪以来,行内从中层领导到基层员工,都或多或少地遭遇了工资削减,工资稍低一点的基层员工,现在每月生活都很成问题。随着东北地区经济增速放缓,当地银行的业绩也受到很大影响。


  “因为上级分行很重视,也在限制不良贷款的产生,所以现在连信用卡的发放都非常地谨慎,个人和民营企业背景的申请人,很难申请到信用卡,也变相加重了我们的业绩负担。有时候不得不自己来想办法冲业绩,赔钱也要完成任务。”吴小姐表示。


  吴小姐告诉记者,虽然支行内中层以上领导基本稳定,但身边已经有多位基层员工离职,“有些离开当地了,有些去了待遇更好的企业。”
