　　有记者问，美国国防部副部长沃克3月30日发表谈话称，美国已经警告中国，如果中国要在南海设立防空识别区，美国将不会承认这一防空识别区。请问如何评论？

　　杨宇军称，关于中方是否划设南海防空识别区问题，我们已经多次表明了相关立场。需要重申的是，划设防空识别区是主权国家的权利，在这个方面，不需要其他国家指手划脚。
