  参考消息网3月31日报道 新加坡《联合早报》网站3月30日刊发题为《铁路政治揭示中泰关系的真面目》的署名文章,作者泰国朱拉隆功大学安全与国际关系学院高级研究员钟嘉滨(Kavi Chongkittavorn)在文章中称,中泰两国合作,在泰国境内兴建一条标准轨距铁路的项目,早就应该动工,但工期却一拖再拖。最近,随着双方为了敲定最终建造方案而举行的第九轮谈判的失败,许多围绕中泰关系实际性质的问题就陆续浮出水面。人们不禁要问,两国关系是不是像通常所宣称的那样牢固和健康?
