河南回应男童上警车后溺亡：要求赔100万无依据
中新网3月31日电 河南省洛阳市新安县委政法委联合调查组今天就“智障男童上警车后溺亡”一事作出通报，通报称，相关出警人员行为违反有关接处警工作规范，受到严肃处理。但男童家属要求公安机关赔偿100余万元，新安县公安局认为没有法律依据。
2016年2月8日12时51分，新安县公安局接报警称：在县城西湖生态园水面发现一具尸体。接警后，新安县公安局迅速启动命案侦破机制，抽调30余名警力展开调查。
经初步调查，死者闫某，男，2001年2月生，洛龙区人，系智力残疾人。2016年1月27日16时许，闫某突然跑离家中，家人追赶未果。1月28日17时30分许，群众发现闫某在新安县铁门镇庙头村附近逗留，遂拨打110报警。
