大学里竟然会有黑网吧，这简直让人难以置信。众所周知，电子阅览室是方便学生看书、电子阅览、信息检索的地方，不允许以营利为目的，更不能对外营业。但该校电子阅览室花钱就能上网，交费还分普通区和VIP区，虽然张贴着看似正规的上机管理条例，可里面挤满了未成年人，几乎所有学生都在打游戏、看电影，嘈杂的环境中弥漫着浓重的烟味。无论怎么看，也无法把这样的环境与高等学府的电子阅览室相提并论。
