党翔还是陕西益德生物药业有限公司（下称陕西益德药业）股东，该公司经营范围为“生物制品、疫苗批发”。
工商资料显示，陕西益德药业成立于2006年9月26日，法定代表人王静，公司注册资金为300万元，党翔出资45万元，持股15%；王静出资210万元，持股70%；张某持股15%。
上述疾控中心工作人员告诉《财经》记者，“王静是党翔妻子，党翔是陕西益德药业实际控制人”。
该人士称，党翔与庞某疫苗业务发生在两年前，涉及金额2万多元，调查组已介入调查此事。就上述问题，记者多次拨打党翔电话，均未接听。
近日，《财经》记者从陕西省食药局了解到，陕西省已成立疫苗排查处置工作领导小组，派出骨干分赴西安、延安、渭南等地进行排查。
