央广网宁波4月1日消息（记者杜金明 通讯员王舜毕）2016年3月18日凌晨1时许，“鲁文渔5661”轮在黄海东部海域作业时，疑被韩国籍拖带船组撞沉，我渔船上9名船员全部失踪。3月 29日上午，宁波海事法院接到涉嫌撞沉“鲁文渔5661”轮的韩国籍 “SHIN HWA HO” 轮及 “MYUNG JIN 20001”欲离境回国的消息，为保障我国受害公民的权益，宁波海事法院立即组织法官赶赴宁波金塘锚地对其实施扣押。
经过上海和宁波两地海事部门的周密调查，初步认定韩国马山驶往宁波的拖轮“SHIN HWA HO”与驳船“MYUNG JIN 20001”组成的拖带船组有重大嫌疑。海事部门的事故调查已接近尾声，但两韩国籍船舶随时准备离泊回国。“如果放任他们离境，我国受害公民的权益将很难 得到保障”，宁波海事法院工作人员说。
2016年3月28日上午，“鲁文渔5661”轮船东于国礼，紧急向该院申请海事请求保全，要求扣押“SHIN HWA HO” 轮及 “MYUNG JIN 20001” 驳船，责令两船舶的船东或光租人提供人民币1850万元或与之相称的可靠担保，法院批准了此申请。
为了对该轮进行有效扣押，该院法官积极与宁波海事局、宁波北仑边防检查站进行联系，请其协助扣押。3月29日一大早，办案法官将欲起锚离港的轮船扣押。
