3月南方现两次暴雨过程 两次沙尘天气影响北方

　　中新网4月1日电  中国气象局今天召开新闻发布会，发布了3月国内主要天气气候事件。据介绍，3月，南方出现2次暴雨过程。暴雨洪涝导致农田受淹，房屋和道路、水利等基础设施受损，并造成人员伤亡和一定的财产损失。

　　3月国内主要天气气候事件：一是南方部分地区遭受暴雨洪涝。3月，南方出现2次暴雨过程：8日-9日、20日-23日。其中，20日-23日的暴雨过程降水量大、强度强、影响时间长、范围广，并伴有雷暴、大风和冰雹等强对流天气。

　　此次过程大暴雨站数有24个，与1961年以来历年3月大暴雨总站数相比，位列第3多。有20个站日降水量突破3月历史极值，湖南宜章、汝城日降水量突破春季历史极值。过程雨量超过50毫米以上面积逾53万平方公里，其中100毫米以上面积逾25万平方公里。

　　此次暴雨过程导致广东、江西、湖南多条河流发生超警戒水位，部分地区遭受洪水，局部出现滑坡等地质灾害。暴雨洪涝导致农田受淹，房屋和道路、水利等基础设施受损，并造成人员伤亡和一定的财产损失。

　　二是两次沙尘天气过程影响北方，较同期多年平均偏少。3月，北方出现扬沙和沙尘暴天气过程各1次，沙尘天气过程次数较2000-2015年同期平均值(3.9次)偏少。其中3日-4日的沙尘暴过程影响较大，新疆淖毛湖、内蒙古海都拉、二连浩特等地出现了强沙尘暴。此次过程给当地居民生产生活、出行及道路交通安全带来较大影响。

　　三是晋豫陕部分地区遭受气象干旱。3月以来，山西、河南北部、陕西中部及东北部降水量不足10毫米，部分地区无降水，上述大部地区较常年同期偏少5成以上，同时气温偏高，导致气象干旱露头并发展，河南西部、山西南部、陕西中部等地中旱以上面积达10.4万平方公里，重旱以上面积达2.1万平方公里。

　　据悉，3月，国家突发事件预警信息发布系统共发布预警15105条。国家级共发布预警55条，其中，寒潮预警14条、暴雨预警13条、霾预警10条、强对流预警8条、暴雪预警5条、沙尘暴预警3条、大雾预警2条。
