中方回应标普调整评级：望有关机构作出客观判断

　　中新社北京4月1日电  (叶秋曈)针对标准普尔调整对中国主权信用评级展望，中国外交部发言人洪磊在4月1日的例行记者会上答记者问时表示，希望有关机构能够全面了解中国经济发展情况，作出客观的判断。

　　有记者问，标准普尔近日将中国主权信用评级展望由稳定调整为负面。中方对此有何评论？

　　洪磊回应指出，当前，中国经济发展进入新常态，正处在经济转型升级过程中。但中国经济发展长期向好的基本面没有改变。2015年中国经济增长6.9%，增量超过7400亿美元，依然是世界经济增长的重要动力。与此同时，中国经济结构转型取得实质性进展，消费拉动超过投资驱动，对经济增长贡献率达到66.4%，服务业占GDP比重超过50%，表明中国经济的增长质量在不断改善。

　　洪磊强调，通过进一步深化改革，扩大开放，培育新动能、改造提升传统动能，中国经济将保持长期平稳健康发展的态势，并为推动世界经济的复苏和发展作出更大的贡献。希望有关机构能够全面了解中国经济发展情况，作出客观的判断。
