　　大众网济南4月1日讯（记者 姜洋）记者今天从山东省环保厅了解到，针对媒体关于“山东：20亩耕地被挖出30米深大坑灌满工业废水”的报道，省环保厅于3月31日派出调查组，发现北坑内积存废水数百方。目前，已对废水进行暂存，并取缔1家“土小”电镀企业。

　　近日，有媒体发布了题为“山东耕地现‘天坑’，内部充斥大量工业废水”的报道。报道中称：“山东省博兴县店子镇张侯村东北侧耕地附近，由于经营窑厂取土制砖和连年被人为挖土出售，已经形成了一个20余亩深30多米的“天坑”，威胁附近耕地的正常耕种。近两年来，不断有车辆将工业污水排进坑内，现场气味刺鼻，村民担心土壤和生活饮用水遭受污染，两年前就已经有村民开始向有关部门举报，但排污行为一直未受到禁止。”

　　记者了解到，山东省环保厅已于3月31日派出调查组，当天中午到达现场开始工作。据了解，报道反映的窑厂土坑位于滨州市博兴县店子镇张侯村，形成于上世纪80年代，原为张侯村窑场取土场，窑场停产后又成为周边群众取土点。

　　经勘查，窑厂土坑分为南坑和北坑，南坑内未积存废水，但北坑内发现积存废水数百方，并带有刺激性气味。调查组对土坑内的废水进行取样监测，目前正在化验分析中。经对土坑周边环境进行排查，调查组初步判定土坑废水有3个方面来源：一是紧靠土坑西侧存有2个土炼油罐，其中1个油罐内残存的废水呈强酸性，另1个油罐内的废水已外泄殆尽；二是土坑西侧约200m处建有岩棉、电镀、彩钢瓦表面胶等8家企业，产生的生活污水和生产废水通过雨水管网进入土坑内；三是根据当地群众反映，曾发现有人利用罐车偷倒工业废水。

　　针对上述问题，调查组督促当地政府采取整改措施：一是用罐车将废水送至事故应急池暂存，经检测评估后，再进行科学处置。 二是将掺杂危废的岩棉等废弃物，联系有资质的单位进行处置。 三是对8家企业中的1家“土小”电镀企业依法取缔，目前正在拆除；另外7家企业已停产整治。公安、环保部门正在对涉嫌排污企业进行调查。 四是对土坑周边的地下水进行监测。

　　据了解，当地政府将会公开发布后续工作信息，省环保厅也将及时转发通报。
