China urges the parties to refrain from any words and deeds that could exacerbate tensions, must not harm the security interests of the countries in the region and the strategic balance. 　　习近平指出，中韩建交24年来，两国关系始终保持平稳快速发展。中方高度重视中韩关系，始终把发展对韩关系放在周边外交的重要位置。当前，我和朴槿惠总统达成的一系列重要共识正在得到全面落实，取得许多积极成果。把中韩关系维护好、巩固好、发展好，是我们共同肩负的历史使命。中方愿同韩方深化各领域交流合作，确保中韩关系始终在正确轨道上健康稳定发展。

　　习近平强调，中韩双方要保持高层互动势头，用好一系列战略沟通机制密切协调，照顾彼此重大关切，尊重对方主权、安全、发展利益。中方欢迎韩方积极参与“一带一路”建设。双方要加快推进国家发展战略对接，重点做好自由贸易协定实施工作，深化金融合作，推动中韩产业园建设尽快取得实质进展，推进东亚经济一体化进程。要扩大人文交流，相互支持办好2018年平昌冬季奥运会和2022年北京冬季奥运会。中方愿同韩方一道，办好韩国旅游年、青年领导者论坛等项目，鼓励两国人民交流，服务“一千万+”时代人员往来。双方要密切在联合国、二十国集团、亚太经合组织等机制内合作，加强在全球性问题上的沟通协调。

　　朴槿惠表示，赞同习近平主席对韩中关系的评价。韩中保持密切的高层交往是两国关系重要性的体现。韩方高度重视对华关系，愿在深化互信的基础上推动韩中战略合作伙伴关系不断向前发展，赞同双方加强高层战略沟通，并在各层级、各领域密切交流。在当前全球经济形势下，韩中双方更有必要加强经贸等领域务实合作，加快实施韩中自贸协定，实现“欧亚合作倡议”同“一带一路”建设对接。韩方支持密切韩中人文交流，相互支持办好平昌冬奥会和北京冬奥会。

　　习近平欢迎朴槿惠9月赴华出席二十国集团领导人杭州峰会。朴槿惠接受了邀请，表示韩方愿为峰会成功作出积极贡献。

　　两国元首还就朝鲜半岛形势交换了看法。习近平强调，中方坚持实现半岛无核化、维护半岛和平稳定、通过对话协商解决问题，主张各方都应全面完整履行安理会相关决议。中方敦促各方避免采取任何可能加剧局势紧张的言行，不得损害本地区国家的安全利益和战略平衡。对话协商是解决问题的唯一正确方向，中方愿作出建设性努力，推动在六方会谈框架下重启对话。朴槿惠表明了韩方对当前半岛形势的看法，表示愿就有关问题同中方保持密切沟通。
