First day of the new fiscal year, Alibaba Group announced the adjustment of organization structure, Zhang Jianfeng (nick-name epilepsy) as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

新财年首日，阿里巴巴集团宣布调整组织结构，由张建锋（花名行癫）出任集团首席技术官（CTO）。

阿里巴巴集团CEO张勇（花名逍遥子）在4月1日以全员信的方式宣布了这一消息。张建锋除了担任阿里巴巴集团首席技术官之外，同时还将担任集团技术战略执行小组组长。除继续带领原中台事业群团队外，技术保障部也将由张建锋负责，以形成技术中后台的合力。

原技术保障部负责人刘振飞（花名振飞）继续担任集团首席风险官（CRO），全力负责安全和信息平台工作。原CTO王坚博士将继续担任阿里巴巴集团技术委员会主席。

张建锋2004年加入淘宝，曾担任首席架构师，此后担纲零售平台多个业务BU，为阿里巴巴集团合伙人之一。2015年3月，张建锋出任阿里巴巴中国零售群总裁，统管淘宝、天猫和聚划算，并向阿里巴巴集团CEO张勇汇报。2015年12月7日，阿里巴巴推出“大中台、小前台”战略，新设立中台事业群，张建锋出任中台事业群首任总裁。CEO张勇认为“张建锋作为集团内为数不多的兼具技术和商业背景和经验的领导者，系担纲落实集团中台战略的最佳人选”。

2015年12月，阿里巴巴启动阿里巴巴集团2018中台战略，构建符合DT时代的更创新灵活的“大中台、小前台”组织机制和业务机制。

2016财年，阿里巴巴集团一跃成为全球最大的零售企业。与传统零售企业巨头的区别在于这一新零售巨头诞生于技术驱动的互联网时代。目前阿里生态体系中拥有超过4亿用户，服务超过1000万各类企业，而农村淘宝、国际化等阿里巴巴新战略方向业务场景更加复杂、生态合作伙伴更加多样化，这将对中台技术产品以及数据平台提出更高要求。
