　　广东省政协原主席朱明国涉嫌受贿、巨额财产来源不明一案，由最高人民检察院指定广西壮族自治区人民检察院侦查终结后，移送广西柳州市人民检察院审查起诉。近日，柳州市人民检察院已向柳州市中级人民法院提起公诉。

　　柳州市人民检察院起诉书指控：被告人朱明国利用其担任重庆市公安局局长，中共广东省委常委、副书记、纪委书记、政法委书记、广东省政协主席等职务上 的便利以及职权和地位形成的便利条件，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人巨额财物，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。被告人朱明国的财产、支出明显超过合法收 入，差额特别巨大，且其不能说明来源，依法应当以巨额财产来源不明罪追究其刑事责任。
