　　新华社天津4月2日电（记者毛振华）记者2日从天津港集团获悉，被列为天津市2016年重点建设工程之一的天津港南疆27号通用码头工程开工建设。该项目 建成后将对实现天津港“北矿南移”战略和“东高端、南优质、北提升”总体布局及功能定位发挥重要作用，提升对外服务能力。

　　据天津港相关负责人介绍，该项目总投资14.1亿元，建设年设计吞吐能力980万吨的20万吨级通用散货泊位1个和总占地面积约25.15万平方米的码头配套堆场。

　　根据规划，天津港南疆27号通用码头建成投产后，将与天津港南26号专业化矿石接卸泊位优势互补，有效填补未来腹地对港口金属矿石吞吐能力需 求的缺口，有助于港口更好地服务区域经济发展，为天津港积极推动“一带一路”、京津冀协同发展战略实施和北方国际航运核心区建设提供保障。
