　　对此，“蚂蚁短租”CEO申志强明确表示，短租跟民宿不同，并不存在不合法的问题。他介绍，目前国家发展改革委等10部门制定的《关于促进绿色消费的指导意见》已经公布，其中明确提到：政府要支持发展共享经济，鼓励个人闲置资源有效利用，有序发展民宿出租等。

　　记者从工商部门了解到，短租实际还是租房，是房东与房客之间的租赁合同关系。而民宿是一种类酒店经营方式，经营主体需要达到一定的要求，两者在性质上存在区别。

　　在线短租安全性尚存短板

　　由于短租都是通过网上平台完成，房客与房东之间也大多是私人交易，一旦发生纠纷，比如网上房源与实际不一致、租客在入住期间发生意外、房东物品遭到损坏等情况，都会面临麻烦。
