　　习近平强调，当今世界仍不太平，国际热点此起彼伏，加强全球安全治理刻不容缓。伊朗核问题的解决为我们提供了不少启示。第一，对话谈判是解决热点问题的最 佳选择。对话协商虽然费时费力，但成果牢靠。第二，大国协作是处理重大争端的有效渠道。国际社会是命运共同体。大国要像伊朗核问题六国那样成为解决问题的 中流砥柱。第三，公平公正是达成国际协议的基本原则。各国的正当关切都应该得到妥善解决。国际争端要公正解决，搞双重标准行不通。第四，政治决断是推动谈 判突破的关键因素。各方应当抓住主要矛盾，在关键时刻作出决断。
