　　习近平指出，中阿建交40多年来，双方始终坚持真诚互信、相互尊重、平等互利、合作共赢的原则，推动两国关系持续稳定向前发展。两国已经建立全 面战略伙伴关系，经贸、投资、农业等各领域合作成果丰硕，人文交流丰富活跃，中阿友好成为社会各界共识，双边关系战略性和全局性影响日益突出。中方高度重 视中阿关系发展，愿同阿方一道，推动中阿关系在新时期得到更大发展。

　　习近平强调，中阿双方发展战略有许多契合之处，应该结合彼此需要，发挥互补优势，不断提升双边关系水平。双方要密切高层接触，积极开展各层级、 各领域交往，发挥现有对话合作机制作用，深化各领域交流合作。要深挖合作潜力，扩大农业、基础设施建设、金融、能源、矿业、通信等领域合作，促进双边贸易 和投资，积极探讨开展产能合作。今年是中拉文化交流年，双方要以此为契机，扩大文化、教育、科技、青年、体育等领域交流，提升旅游合作水平。中方支持阿根 廷等拉美国家应对“寨卡”和登革热疫情的努力。双方要密切在重大国际问题上的沟通，加强多边协作。中方欢迎马克里总统于9月出席在中国杭州举办的二十国集 团领导人峰会，希望阿方继续在中拉整体合作方面发挥积极作用。

　　马克里表示，阿中关系良好，同时发展潜力巨大。阿方感谢中方在基础设施建设、金融稳定、经济改革等方面给予的大力支持，欢迎中方企业加大对阿港 口、铁路、公路、农业等领域投资，希望扩大两国基础设施、金融、旅游、体育、人文等领域交流合作，愿为中国公民赴阿提供更多签证便利。阿方愿加强同中方在 国际事务中合作，支持中国成功主办二十国集团领导人杭州峰会。
