　　针对山东省滨州市博兴县店子镇废弃砖瓦窑坑存水污染问题，滨州市委、市政府，博兴县委、县政府依据环保督政责任追究要求，紧急启动问责机制。按干部管理权限，对博兴县县长殷梅英进行了约谈；对博兴分管副县长郝波、县环保局分管副局长王祖学，进行了书面诫勉；对博兴县店子镇党委书记、人大主席任瑞新，党委副书记、镇长高峰，分管环保工作的镇政府专职信访助理员耿明泉，分别予以免职。公安部门正在对涉事企业展开调查。

　　经检测，周边土壤和地下水未受到窑坑存水的影响。当前，窑坑内存水已抽取完毕，存水及底泥正运往有处理资质的单位处置。
