法晚记者(微信公众号：观海内参guanhaineican)注意到，今年年满60岁的林铎曾在2010年8月，调往黑龙江省哈尔滨市委副书记、代市长，在此之前在北京任职长达28年。近年来，从北京走出去的、在京外省份任职的省级干部至少有4位，他们分别是黑龙江省省长陆昊，甘肃省副省长、代省长林铎，贵州省常委、贵阳市委书记陈刚，云南省委常委、昆明市委书记程连元。
陆昊
35岁时 出任北京市副市长
政治生涯开始于北京又外调位至省部级的京官还有黑龙江省省长陆昊。

昆明市委书记 近日跻身云南省委常委
近期还有一位曾经在北京任职的官员跻身云南“省领导”序列。
据《云南日报》报道，3月22日，云南省委书记李纪恒、省长陈豪率云南党政代表团赴广西学习考察。在云南省领导的名单中，程连元的名字赫然在列，排在云南省委常委、省委高校工委书记李培之后。
3月27日，昆明市和法国格拉斯市建立友好城市关系协议签字仪式在昆明举行。云南省委常委、昆明市委书记程连元出席签字仪式。这是程连元首次以云南省委常委身份在媒体公开露面。
