  明思克航母,今天(2日)真的离开深圳了!陪伴着深圳人16年的航母离开了,中国第一座航母主题公园也黯然关闭。明斯克将被拖往江苏南通它的新家——江苏南通苏通科技产业园,2017年南通的“航母世界主题公园”即将开园。

  据悉,此次拖带离港是近十年来华南地区进行的唯一一次航母拖带作业,航程由深圳至舟山,全程约720海里,拖航平均航速为3-5节,约一周时间到达目的地。下午两点,在拖轮的带动下,明斯克航母缓缓离开盐田,离开栖息了十六年的盐田沙头角。但并非黯然离场,明思克航母将去往江苏南通。它的“新港湾”是江苏南通苏通科技产业园。南通既靠江又靠海,对航母项目而言是一个十分适合的栖息之地。据悉,南通方面将大手笔投资100亿元开发“航母世界主题公园”,预计2017年开业。

  明思克航母为什么要走? 早在年前,明思克航母的东家深圳永嘉明思克投资有限公司就已下发通知称:受诸多客观因素的影响,集团公司决定对航母景区进行重新规划,变更经营地点,将于2016年2月14日停止对外经营。一名不愿意透露姓名的深圳市旅游行业资深人士告诉记者,经营不善以及用地被收回应该是明思克离开深圳的主因。


  该业内人士表示,近几年明思克航母的经营效益几乎一直都在下滑,整体宣传推广也不太积极。“它跟政府、相关协会的互动都不强,之前做旅游展明思克基本都不怎么积极去参展”。该业内人士认为,作为主题公园型的景区,宣传推广非常重要,业内的世界之窗、锦绣中华等都十分重视宣传推广,但明思克却鲜少高调亮相。“一个主题公园,本地和周边客源可以说是最主要的,但坦白讲,深圳人自己都对明思克不太感兴趣了”。住在附近的居民余小姐也对记者表示,多年来明斯克几乎没有新节目推出,换了几任东家后惨淡经营,大家对它确实失去了兴趣。


  据海事局介绍,明斯克航母规模庞大,拖带作业环节较为复杂,涉及的步骤和相关部门多,为了确保此次拖带离港作业顺利进行,深圳海事局投入大量人力物力做了周密部署。在作业进行前按照相关法律法规要求做好大型拖带行政许可审批工作和水上交通管控工作,发布航行通警告,提醒过往船只注意避让。拖带作业进行当天,海事执法人员在现场做好引航、拖轮、航母业主单位、港口码头和过往船舶的现场协调,监控航母前后系缆及锚链的解除,确保航母安全离泊。同时,出动2艘海巡船艇在拖带船首两侧一海里范围内加强现场巡查,及时清理沿途碍航物及碍航船舶,直至航母安全离开深圳大鹏湾水域。

  明斯克的前世今生


  明思克航母世界位于盐田区沙头角大鹏湾,是世界上第一个由4万吨级航母改装而成的军事主题公园。它于2000年正式对公众开放,迄今在深圳已经风风雨雨走过了16个年头。但由于经营不善,明思克几经易主,曾多次传言离开深圳。


  明思克航母曾是世界第五大航空母舰,但却命运多舛。1979年,明思克号建造完成后被调到前苏联太平洋舰队服役,曾长期巡弋于日本列岛周边海域,一度让日本忧心忡忡。苏联解体后该舰由俄罗斯接手,但由于国内财政紧张,明思克号被长期搁置后于1993年退役。


  1995年底,明斯克号被出售给韩国,3年后又被中国深圳的一家公司以530万美元买下,并驶向深圳大鹏湾沙头角,随后在此建成了一个大型的主题公园并对公众开放,一度成为热门景点。


  从前苏联到韩国,再辗转到中国,明思克航母由于经营不善也被几度易主。2005年宣告破产、2006年的起价1.2亿流拍、之后中信接手,再到2010年的转让与离开深圳的猜测,每一次明思克的经营变动都让人们无法不去关心它的动向。


  进入2010年后,它的命运出现波折,它的母公司常常以其抵债,主人几度周折,明斯克元气大伤。就这样在深圳经营了十余载。直到2015年1月,明思克终敲定由大连永嘉集团接手,成为明思克航母的新主人。


  之前虽然久有传闻,猜测了好几年明思克的去向,如今真的要离开了!心里说不出的滋味,少了明思克的盐田港,今后会寂寞吗?

  “大叔”明斯克的帅酷


  明斯克虽然是艘退役老航母,但依然有不少亮点。“明思克”重达4.2万吨,其甲板面积相当于3个标准足球场,整舰体积则相当于一座18层高的商住楼。


  自明斯克航母落地沙头角,最清晰记得的是这一句,“到深圳,看航母”。16年了,它一直是深圳旅游的名片之一,舰上的俄罗斯美女热舞让人印象深刻,2002年在舰体内发现俄罗斯人未及销毁的干扰弹库更是让航母人气飙升。


  这艘庞然大物即将要离开深圳,一代人的记忆也将随之而去,有多少人曾在这里留下傻傻的回忆,留下恋爱的味道。
