新华社西安4月2日专电（记者姜辰蓉）《陕西省旅游条例》4月1日起正式实施，条例明确规定旅行社组织、接待旅游者，不得指定具体购物场所，不得安排另行付费旅游项目，违者最高将被罚50万元。
条例规定旅游景区及其周边的经营者针对旅游者提供的商品和服务，应当明码标价。不得使用欺骗性、误导性的语言、文字、图片、计量单位等方式，诱骗、强迫他人与其交易。
旅游经营者如违反该规定，由县级以上旅游行政主管部门或者价格部门责令改正，未明码标价的，处500元以上5000元以下罚款；使用欺骗性、误导性的语言、文字、图片、计量单位等方式，诱骗、强迫他人与其交易的，没收违法所得，并处违法所得1倍以上5倍以下罚款；没有违法所得的，处5万元以上50万元以下罚款。
