四川190辆“退役”公车7日开拍 最便宜900元起拍
成都商报讯（记者 韩利）四川省省级机关公车改革取消车辆第四批网络拍卖将在4月7日开拍。成都商报记者获悉，本批拍卖的车辆共有190辆（不含车辆号牌），最便宜的起拍价仅为900元，最贵的起拍价为18.62万元。
本次拍卖的190辆公车，涵盖奥迪、丰田、别克、大众等多种品牌，车型有小轿车、越野车、中型客车、旅行车，还有20座以上大客车，使用时间上，短的有3年多，长的已有16年。起拍价18.62万元的是一辆2009年的丰田越野车，起拍价900元的是一辆2003年的神龙富康车，大部分车辆的起拍价都在5万元以下。4月4日至4月6日，这些车辆将会在武侯区聚龙路68号摩尔车汇广场三楼（八益家具城附近）进行展示，有意竞拍的可以前往现场看车。
四川省机关事务管理局再次提醒，竞买人要交纳1万元竞买保证金后，才可参与任意车辆的竞买，但交纳1万元只能竞得一辆车，交纳2万元竞买保证金，最多能竞得二辆车，依此类推。竞买保证金不接受现金交纳，必须以转账方式（网上银行、或手机银行、或银行柜台）交纳至省交易中心账户。
据悉，本批次车辆分为19组进行竞价，每组为10辆。第1组竞价开始时间为4月7日10时，之后各组竞价开始时间依次推后5分钟。自由竞价时间为每辆车竞价开始时间起24小时，自由竞价时间结束前2分钟内如有新的出价则启动延时竞价。
拍卖成交后，买受人要于4月12日17时前缴清车辆成交价款及拍卖佣金（佣金为拍卖成交价款的1.8%），4月12日17时前持缴款凭据到四川省政府政务服务和公共资源交易服务中心一楼大厅拍卖公司办公点办理成交确认手续。
