　　武汉晨报讯（记者 贺亮 通讯员 王治凯 笪菲娅）又是用车堵路，又是把桥弄断，80多个村民现场阻挠，还是没能挽回5000多平米违建被拆除的命运。昨天，武汉化工区管委会、市城管委组织化工区、江岸区、青山区城管、公安、规划等230余人联合执法，将北湖港河堤一处偷建的所谓“水产养殖基地”成功拆除。

　　去年11月，化工区管委会通过卫星图片，发现联丰村北湖港河堤的密林深处冒出一座新建工地：该工地未经过规划审批、紧邻河道，且位于高压线下方，属于典型的违章建筑。

　　城管部门按照执法程序，相继下达询问通知、停工通知书等执法告知书，并先后6次与违建“业主”——联丰村居民周某进行协商，让其自行拆除违章建筑，但周某不但不拆除，反而继续赶工偷建，最终形成3000平米的养殖池和三栋总面积2000多平米的平房。街道办、村委会、城管、规划等部门多次上门协调未果。

　　昨日上午7点，230余名执法人员前往强制拆除，发现4辆汽车堵住了通往养殖场的必经之路。执法人员上前将车抬开，继续前行。不料，违建前方2米多深水沟上的桥也被人拆掉了。执法人员用铲车推土，开辟出一条通道。铲车准备进入时，又遭到周某纠集的80多个村民的堵截。

　　在对峙约4小时后，头戴钢盔、手持盾牌的执法人员终于护送铲车进入“基地”。铲车挥铲直捣违建，半小时将其夷为平地。

　　化工区城管委工作人员称，该区域周边正在开发建设，正在建设的吴沙大道距离该处只有千余米，该“基地”建筑质量低劣，强拆时尚未开始进行养殖活动，不排除违规修建等着拆迁征地要补偿的可能。此次三区联合执法，拆除5000平米违建，动用230多名执法人员，是我市今年以来规模最大的一次拆违行动。

　　城管部门表示，近年来，我市依法依规拆除违建已成常态化，但像这样5000多平米的违建实属罕见。部分居民法律意识淡薄，想“赌一把”。城管部门将对违建予以坚决打击，希望违建户不要心存侥幸。
