尽管与上述研究的统计口径存在差异,但中国国家卫计委去年6月发布的2015年《中国居民营养与慢性病状况报告》也承认,中国居民超重肥胖问题凸显。不论成人还是青少年,中国的超重肥胖增长幅度都高于发达国家。

报告指出,全国18岁及以上成年男性和女性的平均体重分别为66.2千克和57.3千克,成人超重率为30.1%,肥胖率为11.9%,比2002年分别上升了7.3和4.8个百分点。

按照《中国成人超重和肥胖症预防控制指南》的推荐国内标准,18岁及以上成年人,体质指数在24和28之间为超重,高于28为肥胖。
