近日，记者走访了柳州的网络直播公司和多名主播，为读者揭开“网络主播”的神秘面纱。
一个80后带着一群90后
这家现有100多名主播的网络直播公司位于柳州市飞鹅路某写字楼，业内也叫“公会”。“公会”由一间大办公室加数十个直播间组成，大办公室主要用于开会、休息等，而主播间则是一间间不足10平方米的玻璃屋，紧挨屋门的是电脑、话筒、摄像头等直播设备。
“公会”的老板叫刘勇，是个1986年出生的柳州仔，他是这里的“老大”，也几乎是唯一的80后。他手下有100多名90后主播，主播们大多在家直播，一些也来公司的直播间，还有一些则在户外直播。
刘勇介绍，自己从事网络主播行业已有7年左右，算是这一行业刚开始“冒头”他便看准市场加入其中，见证直播从“语音”发展到“视频”。让人难以想象的是，经营如此规模公司的他，只读过小学，发展至今，也历经诸多沉浮。他说自己是一个地道的柳州人，有家乡情怀，所以在外奋斗多年后，他在前两年回到柳州重新“招兵买马”创立了现在的公司。
在办公室和主播间，记者看到一群年轻的主播，女主播大多画着浓妆，身着表演服装，男主播大多帅气有范儿，衣着颇有风格。刘勇说，他招的主播都是“靠才艺吃饭的，而且要会的才艺是80%的人都不会的才艺”。他们有弹古筝的，有跳民族舞的，有跳现代舞的，还有做Cosplay的……
刘勇介绍，网络主播的收入主要靠网友“打赏”。所谓“打赏”，就是粉丝会在直播平台用充值方式购买礼物（如虚拟的棒棒糖，鲜花等）或道具送给主播，主播收到礼物后，礼物再被折现，除去平台和公司等扣除部分，其余则进入主播个人账户。
“有时候，有的平台的少部分主播会为了吸引粉丝打赏，不注意方式方法，让主播这个职业受到偏见。其实真实情况是，绝大部分主播都是努力靠才艺表演。另外，各大直播平台都有‘监察员’随时抽查主播，一旦违规处罚严重，所以主播其实并不像外界想象那样。”
美女主播以舞会友
24岁的女主播滢滢在大学毕业后，做过舞蹈培训老师，同时兼职做网络主播。今年年初，她忐忑地辞职，开始做全职主播，能够在规律时间上线，让她迅速积累粉丝，连她自己都没想到，全职的第一个月，她收入便达3万多元。
滢滢身高168cm，高挑苗条，大眼明眸，化完妆后更加明艳照人。她是舞蹈专业出身，民族舞、古典舞、现代舞、芭蕾舞、爵士舞样样全能。头戴粉红发饰，身着民族风纱裙，跳起舞来的滢滢会沉浸在伴乐中。在和粉丝聊天互动时，性格大大咧咧的她也不以“卖萌”、“装可爱”吸引人，本真率性反而让她收获不少忠实粉丝。
美女做主播，难以避免一大烦恼就是会遇到一些“污粉”（意思为恶意攻击主播的粉丝），在直播互动时说脏话、骂人。刚开始，滢滢也觉得委屈，但作为主播，不适合发怒，她也知道回击会让“污粉”更加嚣张。渐渐地，她学会无视或把“污粉”踢出直播室。
滢滢的朋友们都知道她在做网络主播，也很支持她，甚至经常化身粉丝在网络直播室观看。滢滢是江西女孩，追随爱情来到柳州，她的男友是大学同学，柳州人。男友也支持她做主播，并且现在他也是“公会”的员工，主要做着幕后的工作，守护着心爱的主播女友。

兼职女主播纯聊天
不是所有的网络主播都能有月入数万元的高收入，这群柳州主播里，其实大多人的收入都在四五千元。23岁的柳州妹吴桐叶子刚做主播一个多月，她在朋友介绍下，成为北京一家直播公司的兼职主播，每天只用直播两小时。她学的是播音主持专业，毕业后还去过电视媒体工作，现在是柳州某职校的普通话老师。
吴桐叶子直播并不展示唱歌跳舞这样的才艺，就是纯聊天。因为知识面广，她和粉丝什么都能聊，天南地北随便侃。并且，她不用坐在家里直播聊天，只要有网络，带着手机她便可以随时直播。有时，她可以一边和生活里的朋友吃饭，一边和粉丝直播，此时的话题往往就是各地美食。无论在哪儿开播，作为美女主播，有一个前提就是要化妆，“直播必须得美美哒”。
每天直播时间不固定，又是兼职，吴桐叶子直播室的粉丝时多时少，几个人到上千人都会出现。不管粉丝多少，她对自己都是一样要求——做自己喜欢的主播，不迎合粉丝，瞎聊可以，但是讲脏话就请出去。
街舞组合人气很高
小汤、阿龙、阿超是三个年轻小伙，他们的组合叫做“机械BOSS”，直播内容就是以机械舞为主，他们是目前“公会”里最红的主播。其中，年龄最小的小汤刚满19岁，年龄最大的阿龙也不过23岁，但他们这个三人组合，在直播室粉丝已有75万，月收入不菲。
阿龙介绍，他们三人的才艺是舞蹈，却各有吸引粉丝特点。“我擅长沟通，哄粉丝开心，阿超长得帅颜值高，吸引很多女粉丝，小汤是全能舞蹈王，还上过《中国达人秀》。”
其实不少市民或许见过他们，因为他们直播的地点主要在步步高天桥、窑埠古镇以及柳江大桥的桥头桥底。他们经常带着电脑等设备，来到户外表演舞蹈，每天直播4小时，跳累了可以休息会和粉丝互动聊天。
阿龙他们做主播约一年时间，最辛苦的是冬天。再冷的天气，他们也只能穿薄薄一件衣服，在户外直播跳舞。机械舞讲究肢体的细节动作，穿厚了看不出，穿薄了又冻得肢体僵硬，寒冷的天气，经常一场舞跳下来汗水淋漓。
