众所周知，深圳作为全国一线城市之一，城市人口众多，网购发达，再加上全国知名的华强北，每天需要投递和寄出的包裹量自然是相当惊人，而此次“禁摩限电”行动，却导致大量派件车辆不敢上路派送和接件，不少快递公司表示日接件量下降明显，快递人员出现流失。

现在，深圳交警正式对此事做出回应，表示对目前快递行业出现的情况相当重视，同时宣布增加5000辆备案电动自行车的配额给快递行业。

当然，增加配额可能暂时缓解了快递行业的压力，但是从另一个角度将，如果“禁摩限电”对快递行业造成了严重影响，是不是也意味着快递行业目前的出行措施存在着安全隐患呢？
