　　昨天是清明小长假第二天，大好的天气让市民游客游园热情高涨。记者从市公园管理中心了解到，截至昨天15时，市属11家公园和中国园林博物馆累计接待游客量突破60万人次。加上昨天市属公园的50万人次游客量，清明节小长假的前两日，已接待游客突破100万人次。

　　前天，玉渊潭公园首次对两名攀折花木的游客开出不文明罚单引发关注。昨日，记者再次在该公园内探访时发现，攀爬树木、折采花枝的不文明行为仍然存在。

　　而随着游客量加大，黄牛倒票行为也随之产生。记者探访发现，一黄牛手持50张公园门票，尽管价格是售票处的两倍，却仍然在几分钟之内售罄。

　　首张罚单难阻不文明

　　前天，玉渊潭公园对两名攀折花木的游客开出首张罚单，引发关注。

　　昨天下午，记者来到玉渊潭公园进行探访。在园内多棵樱花树下的休息区，有不少游人坐在垫子上休息，但可以看见地上被乱扔的矿泉水瓶和纸巾等废弃物。

　　在樱花大道记者看到，一个约五六岁的小男孩站在樱花树的树杈上，家长在给其拍照。记者上前询问是否知道公园对不文明现象开出“罚单”一事，这位孩子家长表示并不知道，随后让孩子从树上下来。而记者在之后的探访过程中，又发现了其他类似攀折花枝照相的行为。

　　针对记者在探访时发现的不文明现象，玉渊潭公园管理处相关负责人表示，这种不文明行为有的是执法人员前面制止刚离开，后面又会有游客拉花拍照。目前园内具备执法资格的人员只有9名，更多的不文明行为是靠工作人员、志愿者和园内保安巡视进行制止。公园方面表示，公园120名保洁人员全天候值班，清扫垃圾，尽最大努力保证园内卫生，对于游客的不文明行为，园方会加大管理，同时也呼吁游客对身边的不文明行为能够参与制止，共同营造良好的景观环境和文明氛围。

　　50张黄牛票几分钟售罄

　　10元一张的门票，在黄牛手中的价格翻倍。昨日下午1时许，记者在玉渊潭公园西门售票处看到，购买门票的队伍已经排了二三十米。在队伍的后面，有一中年男子在售卖公园门票，他表示，手上只剩下50张门票。记者上前询问发现，售卖的门票20元一张，学生、老年人均不可优惠。有些排队游客直接对黄牛说“给我两张”、“我要三张”。记者发现，短短几分钟，黄牛手上的门票已售罄。当记者询问如果还想买，会不会有时，该名男子表示，“有，下午3点你再来买”。

　　除公园门口有售卖门票行为外，记者发现，在公园附近约两百米外的天桥上，又有几名男性黄牛持票叫卖，15元一张。“排队买票至少半小时到一小时，晚点可能游客太多门票售完。”在天桥上，多名黄牛高声叫卖。

　　针对西三环路上有黄牛倒票的现象，昨日，玉渊潭公园管理处回应称，上周公园管理人员已经发现这一情况，并及时联系驻园派出所，将倒票人员抓住，移交民警处理。

　　同时园方已采取三种措施加强管理：一是增加门区管理人员和临时售票窗口30个，小长假期间各门区都有20余人在现场维护秩序，有序引导游客购票，减少游客购票入园的等候时间；二是针对购买团体票的游客，要求购票人出具导游证和行程单，才能购得团体票；三是加大门区牌示引导和宣传力度，引导游客在正规窗口购票，保证游客的利益

　　市属公园游客量下午4时创峰值

　　清明假期第二天，天气持续晴好，昨天，市公园管理中心统计，截至昨天15时，市属11家公园和中国园林博物馆累计接待游客量突破60万人次。加上前天50万的游园量，清明小长假，短短两天游园量已突破100万人次。

　　据了解，昨天，历史名园、赏花游园增长明显。其中，颐和园游客量达到9万人次。天坛6.2万人次、北海6.3万人次。赏花游人仍然很多，植物园7万人次、玉渊潭6万人次、陶然亭6万人次。

　　由于陶然亭公园的海棠春花文化节和中山公园的梅兰观赏文化节、郁金香展都吸引了大量游人观赏，因此游客量较去年都增长了30%以上。另外，园博馆游人数也达到了6000人次。

　　根据市属公园“游客实时在园数据”显示：昨天上午10时，在园人数10.3万人，创历年清明假期同一时点人数新高。其中，颐和园、天坛、动物园实时在园人数均突破1.5万人。

　　公园开启安全疏导和扩容措施

　　为营造舒适的游园氛围，市属11家公园及园博馆万名职工坚守岗位。一是增设74处售票窗口，以减少游客购票等候时间；二是根据游客出入园情况随时调整门区出入口，做到合理规划，减少游客入园等候时间；三是个别景点和局部赏花景区、游园通道、桥梁开启游园单行线，以便游客更顺畅游览；四是设置1400余块安全疏导牌示；五是安排2000余名疏导人员及志愿者对主要门区、重点景区及人流密集路段进行现场疏导；六是游艺、各类展览等将视游人数量适当延长开放时间。

　　北海公园在出、入园方面，各门区售票处共计新增5个售票窗口，同时增加单行出、入口各1处。在供水供餐方面，公园特增设部分临时摊位出售各种饮料及食品，最大程度满足游客的需求。在服务接待方面，在公园门区、码头、殿堂等区域安排增加执勤人员，协助工作人员开展引领排队、安全疏导、文明游园、导览介绍等工作。设接待信访投诉部门并有专人负责。在公园内设派出所警务人员、保安人员、医务人员、游船救护人员和日常检查人员。另外，公园还在四个大门口预备残疾人轮椅，为行动不便的游客提供游览方便。

　　玉渊潭公园安排工作人员、志愿者、安保人员、执法人员等共计300余人在主要景区及道路狭窄、游人集中地区做好巡视管理、秩序维护等工作，通过答疑、指路、上下坡帮老人推轮椅、为游客拍照等帮扶游人。

　　截至昨天16时，市属公园及园博馆受理非紧急救助服务事项6.7万件。其中，现场疏导咨询2万件，公共服务（提供小药箱、饮用水、失物招领、免费轮椅、厕所提供卫生纸和开启无障碍通道等）3.6万件，发放公园宣传导览图1万份。
