　　问题通报

　　1。兰州新区党群工作部副部长董吉军违规发放加班补助和公款吃喝娱乐等问题。2013年11月，党群工作部以体育活动名义，向部分干部违规发放加班补助14370元；2014年1月2日，党群工作部组织干部公款聚餐唱歌，花费6168元；2014年1月，董吉军安排用公款购买烟酒、礼品用于公务接待，花费2046元。董吉军受到党内严重警告处分，违纪资金予以收缴。

　　2。兰州市西固区老龄办主任陈宏岩个人违规长期占用公车问题。2013年6月，陈宏岩在得知自己将要从区残联调至区老龄办后，将区残联一辆桑塔纳2000型车辆进行维修保养，并办理了一个10000元的加油本供本人使用，2014年5月将该车归还区残联。陈宏岩受到党内严重警告处分，加油本予以收回。

　　3。张掖市高台县人大常委会原主任赵治全公款旅游问题。2013年8月，时任高台县人大常委会正县级干部赵治全前往新疆乌鲁木齐接洽投资事宜，私自带家人一同乘坐单位公车绕道吐鲁番、库尔勒、阿克苏、哈密、博乐等地游玩，在单位报销11429元，其中含其家人食宿费等3736.6元。赵治全受到党内严重警告处分，违规报销资金予以收缴。
