强降雨致贵州14万人受灾 直接经济损失7200余万元
中新网贵阳4月5日电  (记者 张伟)受强降雨影响，贵州局地出现遭受洪涝、风雹、泥石流等灾害。截至4月5日9时，贵州已有14万人受灾，直接经济损失7200余万元人民币。
　　4月1日以来，中国江汉、江淮、江南中北部及西南地区东部出现较强降雨，过程累计降水量有50至80毫米，局部还伴有雷暴、大风、冰雹等强对流天气。强降雨导致贵州省贵阳、遵义、黔西南等7市(自治州)13个县(区)受灾。
　　截至4月5日9时，贵州省民政厅统计，贵州省已有14万人受灾，200余人紧急转移安置，100余人需紧急生活救助；1.8万间房屋不同程度损坏；农作物受灾面积5.5千公顷，其中绝收1.5千公顷；直接经济损失7200余万元人民币。
　　强降雨影响将持续，贵州省气象台预计4月5日傍晚至6日夜间，贵州省中东部地区将遭受暴雨天气袭击，大部分地区累计降雨量将达50至80毫米，部分乡镇有大暴雨，强降雨中还将伴有雷电、冰雹、大风等强对流天气。
　　气象部门称，此次强降雨或是贵州近十年来出现时间最早的区域性暴雨天气过程。贵州省气候中心历史数据统计显示，自1951年以来，贵州省会贵阳只有8次在4月份出现暴雨以上级别的降水，且降暴雨的时间最早在4月9日，其中最大在1958年4月9日出现101.9毫米的大暴雨。21世纪以来，贵阳在4月份出现的最强降雨为2009年4月19日，24小时内降雨量达57.9毫米。
　　气象部门提醒，此次强降雨容易导致滑坡、塌方、泥石流等地质灾害的发生，政府应加强灾害防范。
