　　昨日，沈阳市公安局皇姑分局启动“微信群巡逻”模式，与现实中的车巡、步巡等构成立体巡防模式。

　　居民通过微信就能找民警

　　清明节当日，沈阳皇姑公安分局北塔派出所民警许树庄、孙希忠来到北塔小区巡逻。看到社区居民，他们就让对方看手机扫码——他们在扩充自己的社区民警微信群。

　　现在，社区居民一看到他们就问：“又来扫码来了？慢慢来，不着急啊！”

　　许树庄答道：“以后大家有安保方面问题，都可以通过微信问我们。我们有治安提醒也可以在这里发布……以后大伙有事来不及找我们，常用微信联系啊！”

　　皇姑公安分局工作人员介绍，“不仅是派出所，每个民警也要建立微信群，让居民第一时间能找到我们，第一时间反馈意见，畅通警民沟通渠道。随着微信群覆盖社区，民警可以实现‘微信巡逻’。也就是说，居民可以通过微信报案。”

　　沈阳警方表示，基层派出所微信群是公安机关正在大力推广的，市民可以通过该微信群提供打假线索和咨询相关事宜。

　　利用微信群收集线索120多条

　　北塔派出所副所长兼北塔社区民警郭占军，已利用微信群获得的线索破案，这其中就有不少就是打假线索。

　　从部队转业的郭占军起初对微信这些新鲜事物并不了解，他翻报纸、上网查、问同事，想尽办法了解微信。很快，他发现微信是更加便捷的信息沟通平台。

　　郭占军每次下社区都走一路摇一路，走一户加一户。短短一个多月，他建立的“老郭警务室”微信群里就有了200多个好友。其中有社区街道干部，有周边小店业主，还有小区普通住户，如同老郭多了200多双眼睛，时刻守望着社区平安。

　　据郭占军统计，三年多里，他通过微信收集各类案件线索120多条，直接或间接侦破案件78件次。

　　皇姑公安分局介绍，派出所民警利用手机客户端建立与社区居民距离最短的交互平台，实现“警务微信群巡逻”，与现实中的车巡、步巡等多种巡逻方式构成立体巡防模式。
