记者：我是快递杂志的记者，感谢给我一个行业媒体提供的提问机会。这次来参加发布会之前，我们也跟全国部分快递公司做了调查，对深圳交警近期出台的扶持举措，大部分企业都是持比较认可欢迎的态度，但是就我们行业来讲，最关心的问题还是接下来落实的问题。
第一，刚才发布的五项举措里面其中有一项是浮动备案管理、二维码管理系统。我想问一下刚才说的举措有没有一个时间表，对快递公司来讲，快件每天都在产生，每天几千万快件，深圳每天流转600多万，这是一个巨大的数据。时间不等人，有没有在这方面相应的时间安排。
第 二个问题，据快递公司反映，二轮车配额远远满足不了需求，既然实行动态管理，更新了手段，配额能不能放开？还有路权的问题，刚才提到深圳道路资源不足以支 撑三轮车行使，我们是否可以参考其他城市做法，在特殊路段、特殊区域进行试点？因为现在全国其他城市也有一些探索尝试。
