据了解,小廖使用的是联通公司话费业务套餐,包含200兆国内流量,加上年前参加迎新年活动获赠的连送3个月、每月1000兆省内流量,3月份总共有1200兆可用。3月30日晚,小廖查到还剩600多兆,就分享给两个同学用,自己则去洗衣服。等洗完衣服回来,她的手机已收到一条短信,提示“您的套餐内流量可能已经使用超额,流量将会按10.24元每兆计费……”

经查询,当时,小廖的手机已欠费280元,加上原有话费70多元,短短一会儿工夫就用了350多元。进一步咨询,确认就是因为超出流量使用产生了费用,每兆10.24元,超出了30多兆。客服热线工作人员还告知,因为小廖使用的不是单纯的流量包,而是话费套餐,所以收费就是这么贵。

小廖称,去年她也收到过超额使用流量、每兆10.24元的短信提醒,因为超额不多,她没有太在意,只将月包流量从50兆提升到200兆。

昨日,小廖的父亲帮女儿充完话费后,致电记者。他认为,流量这种东西,一不小心很容易就超了,收费这么高,相当于“是设陷阱让用户花冤枉钱”。

超出359兆 每兆收1元

联通柳州分公司客服部工作人员接到记者反映后,再次核查了小廖的话费清单。最终,对方答复:小廖当月使用流量1560兆,在3月30日晚10时多,超出了359兆,超出部分是按每兆1元收取的,如果客户有疑问,可以打出话单详情核对。考虑到小廖的实际情况,公司已帮其做了个特殊申请,即超出部分按20元流量包折算,小廖只需要承担这20元,剩下的由公司承担处理,已经多交的费用也会退还。

上述工作人员称,据他们了解,公司确实有每兆10.24元的流量资费,但主要是一些老用户,如果近年这些用户没有更换过套餐,使用的就还是原来的老标准,“现在已经很少了”。而且,用户在开通手机、选取业务套餐时,工作人员都会提前告知资费标准;不过,具体哪些情况会按这种高标准收费,客服人员没有掌握,需要用户自己注意。

该工作人员提醒,尽量不要在月底将剩余流量共享给同学朋友,因为无法把握对方究竟会怎么使用,像开视频、下载等耗费流量是很多、很快的,而流量提醒短信都会有一定的延时,等发现时很可能已超额较多了。另外,如果使用智能手机但没有包月流量,也要及时关闭数据流量功能,避免造成不必要的扣费。
