去年9月，此案在衡阳市石鼓区人民法院不公开审理，11月19日，案件宣判。尽管公众持续关注案件进展，衡阳官方并未公布案情及判决结果。
新京报记者独家获得的判决书显示，该案发生在2009年至2013年期间。主要作案手法是，由年轻女子打电话或发短信色诱官员、商人，偷录发生性关系的过程。
犯罪团伙再将发生性关系的视频交给被色诱者，勒索钱财。“被敲诈的大部分是官员。”一位接近衡阳政法系统的人士称。

主犯获刑14年

该案主犯之一李毅的代理律师、湖南衡州律师事务所律师廖曜中告诉新京报记者，一审宣判后，部分人选择了上诉，“年前二审开庭，还没判下来。”
被色诱者多为官员
据起诉书，检察机关公诉时，指控该团伙色诱敲诈55人，涉及湖南、湖北、江苏、浙江四省份多个地市。
但在判决书中，法院认定这个团伙色诱43人，涉及湖南39人以及浙江4人。
