台媒：大陆将组织外媒团队登永兴岛参观

　　台湾《中国时报》4月6日报道称，有消息称大陆方面正准备组织外媒记者团登上西沙永兴岛参观。据称，大陆可能将邀请外媒记者搭乘民航班机前往永兴岛，并同时宣布开通海南到三沙市的民航航线，消息称，这次参观可能会安排在5月份实施。

　　报道称，不久前的两会期间，外交部长王毅在记者会上透露风声，暗示将考虑组织外媒记者团参观南海岛礁。

　　据称，有涉外人士指出，外交部目前确实正在积极筹划该行动，具体时间应该会落在5月，初步计划将邀请驻京外媒记者团，登上西沙永兴岛。但也有说法认为，大陆方面可能组织外媒记者登上南沙永暑礁，永暑礁机场近期刚刚完工并进行了民航飞机试航。

　　与台湾当局组织记者登上太平岛时拒绝大陆记者的做法相反，据称这次大陆方面会开放台湾记者参加。

　　《中国时报》称访问了我国务院参事，人民大学美国研究中心主任时殷弘，他表示，“有听说正筹组相关外媒团”。并表示大陆对南海维权动作十分积极。

　　据称，如果邀请外媒登上永兴岛，将会配合相关民航航线开通仪式。届时，外媒团将从海南搭乘外交部安排的民航机，飞往永兴岛的三沙市，在飞机落地同时，大陆将同步宣布正式开通海南到三沙市的民航航线。

　　报道称，海南省三沙市委书记肖杰两会期间证实，目前永兴机场民用航班正在试航，民航业务相关配套设施，如WIFI，航站楼等已经初步建成，民用航班近年内可望正式通航。

　　时殷弘强调，此前南方航空公司的航班就已经搭载岛上驻军官兵眷属去过永兴岛，“要开通正式航线当然没有任何问题”。不过他说，开通航线的作用仍属主权宣示象征，毕竟永兴机场空间有限。

　　中国国际问题研究院副院长郭宪纲认为，此举除了宣示主权，更重要的是让外媒看看大陆在南海岛礁建设主要用于和平用途，当然包括开通民航航线也是。
