　　新华社上海4月6日电（记者朱翃）记者6日从上海市公安局获悉，警方于近日对“中晋系”相关联的公司进行了查处，实际控制人徐勤等人在出境时被公安人员在机场截获，其余20余名核心成员于4月5日也被全部抓获。

　　记者了解到，今年4月4日，上海市公安局经侦总队根据群众举报在上海浦东新区、黄浦区、静安区等地对涉嫌非法吸收公众存款和非法集资诈骗犯罪的国太控股（集团）有限公司、中晋股权投资基金管理（上海）有限公司、上海中晋一期股权投资基金有限公司等“中晋系”相关联的公司进行了查处，实际控制人徐勤等人在准备出境时被公安人员在机场当场截获，其余20余名核心组织成员在4月5日也被全部抓获。

　　经查，自2012年7月起，以徐勤为实际控制人的“中晋系”公司先后在上海及其他省份投资注册50余家子公司，并控制100余家有限合伙企业，租赁高档商务楼，雇佣大量业务员，通过网上宣传、线下推广等方式，利用虚假业务、关联交易、虚增业绩等手段骗取投资人信任，并以“中晋合伙人计划”的名义变相承诺高额年化收益，向不特定公众大肆非法吸收资金。

　　据悉，中晋资产管理（上海）有限公司于2013年成立，注册资本1000万元人民币。中晋资产在其宣传网页上声称，“截至2015年12月29日，中晋合伙人投资总额已突破303亿元”。这一数据暂时还未得到警方的证实。
