利用社交软件联系黑客，让其远程操作入侵学校的学分制系统，为自己篡改学业成绩后，又“偷师”黑客的相关技术，在学校内干起收费篡改成绩的“另类创业”，牟利6万多元。记者昨天从汕头市金平区公安局获悉，该局近日成功侦破了汕头市首起涉嫌破坏计算机系统、传授犯罪方法案件，两名涉事大学生和涉事黑客胡某硕等三人已悉数落网。
据了解，3月12日14时许，汕头市金平区鮀浦派出所突然接到汕头某高校的报警电话称，该校的学分制系统被非法侵入并篡改了学生成绩。
接报后，汕头市金平区的相关办案民警在海量的学分制系统数据库中抽丝剥茧，锁定了犯罪嫌疑人为该校商学院学生林某月（女，23岁，浙江省人）。至3月16日，专案组民警在涉事学校内将林某月抓获，随后又循线抓获其同案嫌犯黄某鹏（男，23岁，揭阳市惠来县人，该校商学院学生）。
经汕头警方初步审查，两名犯罪嫌疑人供述，自己曾通过社交软件联系一名黑客，由该名黑客以远程操作的方式登录校内网，侵入学分制系统为林某月篡改17科成绩，“酬金”1.18万元。而林某月则利用与该黑客聊天之机，套取了该校学分制系统管理员的万能密码和篡改成绩的相关流程，其后便伙同黄某鹏为10名该校在校学生篡改成绩并收取费用，林某月从中牟利人民币3.38万元，黄某鹏从中牟利3.27万元。
警方3月25日19时许在河南郑州将涉嫌犯罪的黑客胡某硕抓获。胡某硕对其入侵汕头某高校学分制系统篡改成绩，并传授林某月篡改“技术”的犯罪事实供认不讳。目前，该起案件仍在进一步审理中。
