中国国家铁路局部署开展铁路汛期安全监督检查
中新网北京4月7日电  (记者 周音)中国国家铁路局7日披露，该局已下发通知，围绕汛期安全管理基础、防洪隐患排查整治、防洪现场管理、汛期行车安全措施、应急保障、汛期施工等六个方面重点，部署开展铁路汛期安全监督检查工作。
　　通知强调，各地区铁路监管局要认真总结分析近年来铁路汛期行车安全情况，全面掌握辖区内Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级防洪地点、病险水库等防洪危险处所和防洪管理的薄弱环节，根据辖区内汛期工作特点，认真研究制定汛期防洪监督检查工作方案。特别是入汛前后，要对辖区内铁路运输企业的防洪工作进行一次全面监督检查。遇不良气候条件时，要安排人员添乘机车，加大抽查力度，加强对行车安全措施、行车设备质量和汛期施工等方面的监督检查。
　　国家铁路局称，近期将组成督导检查组，由分管局负责人带队，对重点地区防洪监督检查工作进行督导，并抽查相关铁路运输企业的防汛管理工作。
　　通知还要求，各地区铁路监管局按照《国家铁路局2016年安全质量监督检查计划》要求，将监督检查工作与暑运监督检查、铁路专用设备运用质量安全监督检查、铁路危险货物运输安全监督检查、高铁安全保护区划定监督检查、营业线施工安全监督检查等工作有机结合，避免出现频繁检查、重复检查的情况。对发现的问题依法依规处置。
