　　据统计，2015年，全国法院新收毒品犯罪案件142000件，同比增长30.79%；判决发生法律效力的犯罪分子137198人，同比增长25.08%，其中，被判处五年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑至死刑的27384人，同比增长10.17%；重刑率为19.96%，高出同期全部刑事案件重刑率10.59个百分点。
　　最高人民法院刑五庭副庭长马岩介绍，各级人民法院始终坚持依法从严惩处毒品犯罪，并突出打击重点。对走私、制造毒品、大宗贩卖毒品等严重毒品犯罪，具有武装掩护、暴力抗拒查缉、参与有组织的国际贩毒活动等严重情节的毒品犯罪分子，以及毒枭、职业毒犯、累犯、毒品再犯等主观恶性深、人身危险性大的毒品犯罪分子，坚决依法严惩，该判处重刑和死刑的，坚决依法判处。
