外交部：中方乐见亚投行发展壮大

　　新华社北京4月7日电（记者靳若城）针对加拿大政府官员表示加拿大有可能加入亚洲基础设施投资银行，外交部发言人陆慷7日在例行记者会上表示，中方乐见亚投行发展壮大，使更多国家从中受益。

　　据报道，加拿大国际贸易部部长方慧兰近日表示，哈珀政府拒绝加入亚投行，导致加拿大未能成为亚投行创始成员国，这是“错失机会”。现在加拿大有可能加入亚投行。

　　陆慷在回答相关提问时表示，亚投行是一个开放、包容的多边开发机构，将按照《亚洲基础设施投资银行协定》接纳新成员。《亚洲基础设施投资银行协定》规定，符合成员资格的国家（或地区）经理事会同意后，可成为亚投行成员。

　　陆慷说，作为设立亚投行的倡议者，中方乐见亚投行发展壮大，为全球经济复苏、促进区域基础设施建设和互联互通、实现共同发展发挥更大作用，使更多国家从中受益。
