经查明，2015年7月21日19时40分，陈某伙同莫某、尹某经密谋来到佛山市禅城区南庄大道某银行，由陈某和莫某在自动柜员机上安装密码数字键盘、密码储存器、读卡器等特殊设备，陈某使用一张银行储蓄卡测试确认安装完毕且柜员机可以正常使用后，三人离开。当日21时40分，三人再次来到上述银行，在拆卸安装的盗窃银行卡信息装置时，被预伏民警当场抓获。
经鉴定，陈某等安装的盗取银行卡信息装置中提取的被害人何某等四人的磁条轨道信息，均能制作成可用于交易的磁条介质银行卡，可伪造磁卡进行伪卡交易。
