陈雪连积极用工作之余带领团员们参加街道和社区公益活动，扩展眼界、回报社会、培养爱心、学会感恩，她的行动也得到了大家的一致认可。为积极响应公益理发活动，陈雪连开展了针对老人的“1元理发”公益活动，坚持每个月为门店所在社区的孤寡老人进行一次义务理发，对行动不便的老人、残疾人上门理发，与他们聊天，给他们唱歌跳舞，多年如一日，从未间断过。
