　　陌生环境警惕“附近的人”

　　【新闻延伸】 当智能手机、平板电脑成为维和官兵拓展视野的媒介时，一些“改头换面”的不良信息也夹杂其中。身处异国他乡，官兵上网时，难免有境外网页会自动弹出，其中不乏带有消极情绪、灰色思想、低级趣味的内容，官兵们随时面临着多种文化影响和思想冲击。为此，我赴黎巴嫩维和部队见缝插针搞好思想政治教育，通过课堂讲授、串讲辅导、讨论交流等形式与国内同步开展思想政治教育，并组织观看《斩断网络背后的黑手》等警示教育片，帮助官兵认清不良信息的严重危害。此外，他们还定期组织分析有害信息，设立不良网站“黑名单”，引导官兵不上境外网站、不下载来历不明的软件、不关注低俗的公众号等。

　　【外军瞭望】 同在黎巴嫩维和的法国营，通过安装自动监视器，限制军人上网浏览内容及范围，一定程度上解决了官兵接触不良信息的可能性。韩国营、印度营等维和部队也都有自己的信息管理人员，专门负责反黑客、反病毒入侵，对军人上网和内部网站进行监控与规范，保证官兵用网安全。（来源：解放军报）
