　　4月7日，教育部发布“中国高等教育系列质量报告”，这是中国首次发布《中国高等教育质量报告》。

　　报告指出，与世界高等教育强国相比，中国高等教育问题依然存在一些问题。比如，虽然我们科技论文产量很高，但被引用次数明显低于世界平均水平;985高校每个学生教学经费将近5000元，但普通高校学生只有一半……科研水平和成果转化率低，教学经费差距大，学科专业设置不够合理等等，都是我们与高等教育强国之间的差距。
