　　央视网消息(新闻联播)：欢迎仪式后，习近平与施奈德·阿曼举行会谈。两国元首一致决定建立中瑞创新战略伙伴关系，为两国关系未来发展指明方向。

　　习近平指出，瑞士是最早同新中国建交的西方国家之一，近年来中瑞关系发展势头良好，各领域交流合作更加紧密，经贸合作成果尤为突出。两国共同培育了平等、创新、共赢的中瑞合作精神，合作之路越走越宽。

　　习近平强调，坚持平等互尊、交流互鉴是今后发展中瑞创新战略伙伴关系的政治基础。双方应建立和加强战略磋商等各类对话机制，增进相互理解和信任，统 筹规划重点合作领域，将两国关系新定位落到实处。开拓创新是中瑞关系最突出的特点。双方应该在巩固扩大自由贸易和金融合作基础上，把中国实施创新驱动战略 同瑞士的创新优势相结合，支持两国搭建创新合作平台，开展企业、高校、科研机构间创新合作，深化在可再生能源、现代生态农业、节能环保、医药等领域互利合 作。共建“一带一路”为中瑞合作开辟了更广阔空间，中方也愿同瑞方加强在亚洲基础设施投资银行框架内合作。双方应该搭建更多人文交流平台，继续扩大在教 育、文化遗产保护、冬季运动、旅游等方面合作。中方愿同瑞方加强在国际事务中的政策协调和协作，共同致力于和平解决国际和地区冲突，并为全球金融治理贡献 智慧。

　　习近平指出，瑞士是最早承认中国完全市场经济地位的欧洲国家之一，也是首个同中国签署自由贸易协定的欧洲大陆国家。希望瑞方继续关心和支持中欧关系发展，带动中欧各领域务实合作再上新台阶。

　　施奈德·阿曼表示，瑞中两国建交以来，本着相互尊重原则，始终保持良好关系，近年来双方经贸、投资、金融等领域合作更是发展迅速。瑞方对两国自贸协 定实施情况感到满意，对瑞中合作进入创新战略伙伴关系新时代感到高兴，希望进一步加强同中方在科技、创新、环保、金融、文化、教育、体育等领域交流合作。 瑞方愿积极参与“一带一路”和亚洲基础设施投资银行建设。

　　会谈后，两国元首共同见证了职业安全与健康、低碳城市建设、科技创新等领域合作文件的签署。

　　中瑞双方共同发表了《中华人民共和国和瑞士联邦关于建立创新战略伙伴关系的联合声明》。
