湖南发布房地产去库存“十招” 进城购房农民获补贴
新华社长沙4月8日专电(记者白田田)近日,湖南省发布《关于积极化解商品房库存促进房地产市场平稳健康发展的若干意见》,提出去库存10条措施,其中包括对符合条件的进城购房农民进行财政补助、对高库存市县限制供地等。
  《意见》提出,落实农民个人住房贷款首付比例和优惠利率等支持政策;整合农村易地扶贫搬迁等涉及农民建房的项目资金,对符合条件并进城购房的对象进行财政补助。
  据了解,今年2月初,湖南省住房城乡建设厅和中国农业银行湖南省分行已推出“农民安家贷”专项产品,首付款最低可执行20%,评分较高的优质客户可执行最低0.85倍基准利率。
  《意见》提出,不断加大货币化安置力度,要求各市州、县市区棚改货币化安置比例不得低于50%。2016年停止新建公租房,对在市场上租赁房屋,符合条件的低收入住房困难家庭,由所在地人民政府给予一定租金补贴。
